Once an order has been placed through the SAVi website, it is not normally possible to amend, update or make further changes. Should you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new and separate order.
Once your order has been placed, you may make the following changes as long as the order has not been despatched:
- Remove an item(s) from your order.
- Cancel the whole order completely.
- Change delivery address details (in accordance with our Deliveries Policy).
Please ensure that you provide your full order details, including the unique order reference number. If you are emailing a change to your order, please insert the following into the email Subject line:
CHANGE TO SAVi ORDER – Ref. [insert your unique order reference number]

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sundays and UK Bank Holidays: Closed
Telephone calls are charged at the standard national rate.
Changes to Despatched Orders.
We are unable to recall or amend delivery information once an order has been despatched. Please refer to our Returns Procedure for orders, which have already been delivered. A standard cancellation form is available, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will send you a copy.
Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (usually the day before delivery) from our warehouse containing your order information. Alternatively, you can get up to the minute delivery information via your mobile phone or email using the Interlink Express "TRACK MY PARCEL" service. Click here for more information.
