Placing Your First Order with SAVi.
If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is less than £500.
You will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorised. You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will be provided with an order number. Please quote this order number with any enquiries.
UK orders placed before 11:30am and fulfilled from stock will normally be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day (NOT SATURDAY). Please be aware despatch and delivery can be up to 5 working days for non-stock, out of stock or items of a more specialist nature.
Internet placed orders will receive an email advising despatch has taken place, for the next working day delivery.
Out of Stock Items.
If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will delay the whole delivery where we expect the item to come into stock within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is likely to occur.
We will deliver part orders where the majority of items on the order are available and the outstanding items are unlikely to come into stock within 7 days. In this case we will invoice for the whole order, including the items out of stock, and advise you of this on the invoice. The balance of the order will be delivered without additional delivery charges.
Where the customer specifically requests early delivery of items, without waiting for the bulk of the order to become available, this will incur two delivery charges.
Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will normally be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will normally be dispatched on the next normal working day (ie. orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will normally be dispatched on a Tuesday).
SAVi uses Interlink Express and the Royal Mail. All mainland deliveries (please see exceptions further down the page) are despatched on a next working day service if ordered before 11:30am (subject to stock availability and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Signing for Deliveries.
All deliveries must be signed for. They will not be left in garages, sheds, outside buildings, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged, please do not accept goods and instead notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). If there is no-one to sign for the goods they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.
Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (usually the day before delivery) from our warehouse containing your order information. If your order has been despatched via Interlink Express, you can get up to the minute delivery info via your phone or email using their “Track My Parcel” service.
We use Interlink Express because:
- They offer a one hour time slot.
- They give a specific one hour delivery window.
- You are notified of this via text or email.

Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost. Should you specifically require this service, please call us on 01524 272 450, Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 5.00pm for further details.
Please note: our couriers will try to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery or factors caused by others. This service is based upon best endeavour and is not guaranteed.
Deliveries Outside of UK Mainland.
This includes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands will carry a surcharge of £10.00 up to 10 Kilos and an extra £1.00 per kilo thereafter. Delivery Costs to UK Mainland.
All deliveries to the value of £50.00 (including VAT) and under will incur a carriage charge of £9.00. This applies to Mainland UK only.
All deliveries to the Mainland UK above the value of £50.00 (including VAT) will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE, on our standard next day delivery service.
Collection from store
Should you wish to collect your order(s) in person then, naturally, there are no additional delivery charges, however we do ask that you contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time. Orders can be placed over the phone on 01524 272 450.
Personal collection is subject to stock availability. Please be aware that some products are shipped directly from manufacturers and therefore personal collection is not an option.
